HOW TO CHOOSE MY BRA SIZE?

STEP 1

Measure Band Size (Under Bust Measurement)

Wrap the measuring tape around your ribcage, directly under your bust, as tightly as you'd like your bra band to fit. Note down this number. This is your Band Size.

STEP 2

Measure Bust Size (Over Bust Measurement)

Lean forward about 45 degrees and loosely wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Note down this number. This is your Bust Size.

For most accurate results measure without a bra.  

STEP 3

Find Your Size

Using your band size and your bust size, find the right size bra for you. 

TIPS:

1. Size down in the band if you prefer a snug and secure fit.
2. Size up in the band if you prefer a relaxed, non-binding fit.
3. This bra's cup size runs smaller than normal, please choose 1 cup up for better fit.

Requesting a Refund or Return:

Shipping the Product Back:

In most cases, customers are required to ship the product back to us and cover the return shipping cost. If you are unsure on how to do so, please contact us and we will gladly guide you through the process.

Upon contacting us, we will provide the return shipping address.

Photo Requirement:

Customers may be requested to provide photos of the item, especially in cases of damage or breakages.

Circumstances for Refunds and Returns:

Please Note: For hygiene, health, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on used items.

Exchanges:

Timeframe: Within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions: Product must be unused, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Change of Mind:

Faulty/Items that Break:

Timeframe: Within 30 days of receiving the product.

Conditions: Photo evidence required. A replacement or refund will be offered.

Damaged on Arrival:

Timeframe: Notify us immediately upon receiving the product.

Wrong Product:

Timeframe: Notify us immediately upon receiving the product.

Conditions: We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct product.

Never Arrived:

Timeframe: Within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

Conditions: We will investigate the shipment status. A replacement or refund will be offered.

Cancellation After Ordering:

Timeframe: Before the order is shipped.

Conditions: Full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method which takes 3-7 business days to clear. Customers may choose to receive an immediate EFT which will take 1-2 days to clear.

Please be advised that a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns. This fee covers the administrative and other miscellaneous costs associated with processing returns.

Condition Assessment:

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use. This is in line with our commitment to hygiene, health, and quality assurance standards. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

In instances where an item is deemed to have been used and does not meet our return criteria, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. By initiating a return, you agree to these conditions.
