We ship nationwide to South Africa. We ship to your door using one of our courier partners (Internet Express, RAM, The Courier Guy, SkyNet) depending on your location.

Shipping Status:

If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, rest assured! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and we will ensure that your items are delivered within that timeframe.

Please Note: In the event that our courier cannot reach you and they have to send the package back, the customer becomes liable to cover the return shipping and reshipment fees. Please make sure your contact info is correct when placing your order!

Requesting a Refund or Return:

Shipping the Product Back:

In most cases, customers are required to ship the product back to us and cover the return shipping cost. If you are unsure on how to do so, please contact us and we will gladly guide you through the process.

Customers may be requested to provide photos of the item, especially in cases of damage or breakages.

Circumstances for Refunds and Returns:

Please Note: For hygiene, health, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on used items.

Conditions: We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct product.

Never Arrived:

Timeframe: Within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

Conditions: We will investigate the shipment status. A replacement or refund will be offered.

Cancellation After Ordering:

Timeframe: Before the order is shipped.

Conditions: Full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method which takes 3-7 business days to clear. Customers may choose to receive an immediate EFT which will take 1-2 days to clear.

Please be advised that a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns. This fee covers the administrative and other miscellaneous costs associated with processing returns.

Condition Assessment:

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use. This is in line with our commitment to hygiene, health, and quality assurance standards. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

In instances where an item is deemed to have been used and does not meet our return criteria, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. By initiating a return, you agree to these conditions.
