A shapewear bodysuit is a one-piece garment that shapes and smooths the torso, waist, tummy, back, and sometimes hips and thighs, all in a single piece.
A regular bodysuit is more like a top that snaps at the bottom, with no compression or shaping. Shapewear bodysuits use targeted compression to smooth your silhouette under fitted dresses, tops, and skirts without needing separate shapewear pieces.
Control area tells you which parts of your body the bodysuit shapes and smooths.
Sculpt bodysuits target one or more of these areas: Tummy & Belly, Hips & Butt, Legs & Thighs, Back & Bust, and Overall. Some bodysuits focus on specific zones, like tummy-and-bust shaping. Others target every area at once for full-body smoothing.
The product page shows the exact control areas for each style so you can find what works for the outfit you're dressing for.
Compression level tells you how strong the shaping feels when you wear the bodysuit.
Sculpt uses a three-level scale: Light, Medium, and Strong. Light gives a gentle smoothing effect for everyday wear. Medium gives a noticeably smoother silhouette that stays comfortable for a full day. Strong offers the firmest shaping and is best for fitted dresses, special occasions, or shorter wear.
Each bodysuit on Sculpt shows its compression level on the product page so you can choose what suits your needs.
Support level tells you how much hold and lift the bodysuit gives your bust, if it has built-in bust coverage.
Sculpt uses a three-level scale: Low, Medium, and High. Low support is best for bodysuits designed for lounging or light daily wear. Medium support is the everyday choice, giving a comfortable lift that lasts the full day. High support offers the strongest hold and works well for fuller busts or all-day wear.
Open-bust bodysuits don't have a support level because you wear your own bra underneath, which lets you control the support yourself.
Step into it from the bottom, pull it up gradually in sections, and adjust the straps last. Don't yank it up in one motion, as this stresses the fabric and can stretch out the compression over time. For bodysuits with hook closures, fasten them once the garment is in place. Take your time the first few times and it quickly becomes second nature.
It's entirely up to you. Sculpt bodysuits come with a built-in cotton gusset, so you can wear them directly against your skin without underwear if you prefer.
Many women skip underwear to avoid visible panty lines under fitted outfits. If you prefer extra coverage, a seamless thong or brief works perfectly without adding bulk.
It depends on the bodysuit. Some Sculpt bodysuits have built-in bust support so you don't need a separate bra. Others are open-bust, which means you wear your own bra underneath for full control over the fit and lift. The product page for each bodysuit tells you whether it has built-in support or is designed to be worn with your own bra.
Measure your bust, waist, and hips, then check the size chart on the product page you're buying from. If you're between sizes, go up for comfort. Sizing down doesn't give you more shaping, it just creates bulges and makes the bodysuit uncomfortable to wear for more than an hour. If you need help, message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we'll guide you privately.
No, not if you match the colour to your outfit. Sculpt bodysuits are made from smooth, seamless fabric that sits flat under dresses, tops, and skirts. For light or fitted outfits, choose nude or a shade close to your skin tone. For dark outfits, black works well. The edges are designed to blend rather than leave a line where the bodysuit ends.
Most shapewear bodysuits have a gusset opening at the crotch that lets you go to the bathroom without taking the whole piece off.
If your bodysuit doesn't have an opening, you'll need to slip the straps off your shoulders and step out of it. Practice once at home before a big event and you'll be fine.
I found the bra to really comfortable. I have not had such a comfortable bra that provides great support in a while. I will be buying more of your products.
Really "life changing"! Hated wearing any form of bra as it was uncomfortable and not supporting... these, however, I would recommend 1000% to anyone who would want (or not 😉) to listen! Best purchase ever made
