Requesting a Return or Exchange:

How to Initiate:

Customers seeking a exchange or store credit must contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product.

Shipping the Product Back:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • If you need guidance on how to ship the item back, our team will gladly assist.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

Photo Requirement:

Customers may be requested to provide photos of the item, especially in cases of damage or breakages.

Circumstances for Returns & Exchanges:

Please Note: For hygiene, health, and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer cash refunds or accept returns on used items.

Exchanges (Size or Product Swap):

Timeframe: Within 30 days of receiving the product.

Conditions: Product must be unused, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Change of Mind:

Timeframe: Within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions: Product must be unused, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Store credit will be issued once the return is approved.

Faulty/Items that Break:

Timeframe: Within 30 days of receiving the product.

Conditions: Photo evidence required. A replacement or store credit will be offered.

Damaged on Arrival:

Timeframe: Notify us immediately upon receiving the product.

Conditions: Photo evidence required. A replacement or store credit will be offered.

Wrong Product:

Timeframe: Notify us immediately upon receiving the product.

Conditions: We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct product.

Never Arrived:

Timeframe: Within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

Conditions: We will investigate the shipment status. A replacement or store credit will be offered.

Cancellation After Ordering:

Timeframe: Before the order is shipped.

Conditions: A full refund will be issued if canceled before shipping

Processing Store Credit & Exchanges:

Store credit or exchanges will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Store Credit:

Store credit will be added to your customer account, allowing you to use it for future purchases.

Handling Fee and Condition Assessment:

Handling Fee:

A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the store credit amount for all returns or exchanges. This fee helps cover the administrative and miscellaneous costs associated with processing returns.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if the item shows any signs of use. All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed
  • Tags attached
  • Original packaging

If an item is deemed to be used or not in the original condition, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
